Commission Traditional Artworks 2014

 PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME 

 General Commission Info:

1. Send requests via email to "flickpicasso@gmail.com" with a subject title 'COMMISSION REQUEST'. Do not send notes to me. Use email since im checking it daily.
2. In that request, describe as best as you can the CHARACTER OR SCENE you desire to be created. (send any links to pictures of reference if possible).
3. Previews of sketch and progress will be send regularly  
4. Any additional details and references on what you would like the drawing to look like is welcomed but it's optional. Feel free to tell me anything you think I should know. Questions are welcomed.
5. Do not send money until I accept the commission.
6. 100% of payment is required to begin artwork (PAYPAL ONLY),
7. After total payment is done, artwork will be sent via shipping.
8. If work has a deadline, please allow at least two weeks for the image to be completed.
9. Commissions are for personal use only. Any further commercial use for profit or gain is strictly prohibited.
10. If commission is requested for commercial use,  you must tell me because I still hold the copyright of whatever I draw. The cost of the copy right varies depending on what you're using it for and how much copyright you want (like full rights to resale or partial rights to put in a commercial game etc)
11. I work with traditional media only [ Graphite ]. Digital drawings are currently unavailable.
12. Please keep in mind if the list grows so will the waiting time. To ensure  good quality then please no rushing. [I take a lot of care and effort when working each pieces. Please do not have unreal expectations on the time the artwork will be done. Thank you! 
13. I have the right to decline an offer.

 WONT's & CANT's

1. I will not draw anything overtly sexual. Kissing and hugging is fine, but nothing rated R. I will not draw anything I consider unethical like animal cruelty.
2. I can't draw cars, mechas. My gallery should give you a general feel of what I do and don't draw. If you really want me to, I can try, but I'm not the right person for that kind of stuff. 
3. I will not draw something similar with other artists' works.
4. I will only draw/paint pictures in my own style. I will not alter anything as far as style is concerned.
5. I prefer to do original art with a surreal twist so there is a great chance that I will refuse doing a Fan art picture (but you may ask anyway)
6. Please notice that commissioning an artwork DOES NOT mean obtaining rights to it. You may NOT:
   
   • claim the autorship of the work
   • resubmit/redistribute the picture (in either original or modified form)
   • use it for any type of external activity (contests, exhibitions etc.)
   • use it for any commercial purposes (unless stated otherwise)

 COMMISSION PROCESS

       Once I've replied to you that I accept your commission work, please send the money to thedreamerstudio@gmail.com. Paypal always charges a transaction fee unless you choose to send the money under the category of "gift" to friends and family. You don't have to do this but I would appreciate it since the fees do add up to a lot.

        After the payment is processed, I will put you on the list of commissioners as seen below. I will work on the commissions in a first come/pay basis. You can cancel the commission anytime before you pay, but there will be no refund afterwards. You will receive a sketch preview of the drawing so you can tell me if you want any changes before I work on the details. After the drawing is complete, you will have another chance to request minor adjustments such as color and atmosphere, but nothing extreme like a different pose or additional stuff not mentioned before. Please remember that I can't read minds so unless you specifically tell me that you want something like a turtle in the background, I won't know it.

        The entire process can take anywhere between a few days to a month depending on your spot on the wait list so if you want to have this ready by a specific date, please don't come to me at the last minute.

 PAYMENT

• Payment is by PayPal only (please send it in USD). Point payment is not available.
• I will give you my PP address after my commission approval.
• Please send the payment as a "Personal Payment" and pay the PP service fee.
• Please write your dA nick in the payment title.
• Payment has to be done within 72 hours after my approval (I will send you a note). Otherwise, your commission will be cancelled.
• If the deal price is below 500USD, Clients shall pay 100% up front before I start working on the jobs. But if the total price a client must pay is at least 500SD, I don't mind having a 50% paid up front. The rest of the payment can be paid after I've finished painting the art. Down payment is non-refundable.
• If after 1 month I have finished painting the art & the client hasn't sent the rest of the payment, I have the right to sell the art, the prints to any interested 3rd party. The 1st client will have a limited right to use the small preview for personal use only then.

 HOW TO ORDER

  To commission an artwork please send me an email with the following contents:

• e-mail address: (to which I will send the finished work
• description: (Please include all the necessary informations. Try to make it relatively short and clear. Include reference pictures if necessary.)

  Please wait for my response. I should be able to respond within 72 hours time, however sometimes it may take longer. Please do not send multiple emails.
